Students engage in Servant Leadership Development and mentoring programs, cultivating qualities of humility, empathy, and service to others. Our experienced Student Career Pathways Advisor is committed to helping students explore their interests and talents, guiding them through subject selection and preparing them for tertiary studies. With personalised support and tailored advice, we empower our students to make informed decisions about their future pathways.
Our Student Pathways department provides a structured framework for career exploration and planning, equipping Year 10 students with the tools they need to navigate their future pathways and Senior subject selections confidently. We host career expos throughout the year where students and parents can explore a wide range of career opportunities and inquire about university offerings from various universities, further enriching their understanding of potential career paths.
Pastoral Care Leadership
Students develop essential leadership skills through hands-on experiences, preparing for future leadership roles and the chance to follow the example of Jesus Christ as servant leaders. Opportunities available to students include:
- Leading devotional lessons for our Preps and other year levels
- Hosting informational sessions for Year 6 students entering Secondary
- Running year level assemblies
- College Tour guides
By fostering a strong sense of community, we create an environment where students feel valued, supported, and empowered, knowing they have a network of care to help them navigate both challenges and successes.
